The new NHS 'Healthier Together' website has now gone live. This is a great place to find accurate and trusted NHS healthcare advice in the North East and North Cumbria.

Healthier Together can enable people to make informed decisions about accessing appropriate local healthcare services for their unwell baby or child. In reducing anxiety among parents of young children, the website can avoid unnecessary Emergency Department and GP presentations, and likewise, ensure those who most need to be seen urgently are signposted to seek the correct help.

There is also an app which can be downloaded free of charge.
